SALON POLICY
Our policy is to protect your right and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provided. It is not affected to your rights under Consumer Right Act 2015
To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, you need to :
1. Ask for the service which you would like to have.
2. Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
3. Whilst receiving any service, please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our team can satisfy your requirements straight away.
4. Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concern relating to the salon, the staff, or any service.
5. Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails.
6.An adult should accompany children under seven years old at all times. We will not take any responsibility if any accident happens to your child/children during your treatment at our salon.
7. We hold no responsibility for losing your belongings while having the treatment at our salon.
8. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer:
a) Who does not follow our salon policy/risk assessment related to the pandemic.
b) Who uses abusive language or threatening behaviour.
c) Who will be a risk to themselves or cause trouble to our staff should they use a service (in respect of the Equal Opportunities Act and Disability Act).
9. For appointment only:
a) Customers should arrive on time
b) If the customer is 10 minutes late or more, the appointment may have to be rescheduled.
c) Salon may be late due to service overrun; please bear this in mind.
d) Any cancellations should be informed 24-48 hours before the appointment; otherwise, there will be a charge for late cancellation.
GUARANTEE
Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails, and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service
1. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
2. Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 48 hours after your appointment. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within 48 hours, please call us to schedule a free repair.
3. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within five days after your initial service.
4. Repairs after three days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
5. We will not be responsible for any breaking or infected nails after you leave the salon.
COMPLAINTS
Customer must inform us by phone, text or email
1. You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within five days after your initial service.
2. Repairs after three days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
3. We will not be responsible for any breaking or infected nails 72 hours after leaving the salon due to your negligence and not following the pin aftercare.
4. Any infection/breakage/allergy should be reported to the salon formally within 48 hours. After this timeframe, the salon will not be liable.
REFUND
No cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon. As soon as you have walked out the salon door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
Management advises that all services carried out in this premises for your nails are inspected fully by yourselves before leaving the premises. This ensures that you are happy with the service you have received today with the nail technician.
As such, we, please ask that you make the management aware of any problem or dissatisfaction you may have with any service you received today before you leave the premises. This will make it easier for us to verify and rectify the issue straight away for you.
We regret to inform you that we will be unable to refund any complaints you make after the day of the services. *(Please note, we will always try to assist in rectifying any problem).
